Yoho National Park, Canada

Escapando el finde went for a camping weekend close to Golden in British Columbia, Canada.

The weather was good on Saturday and nice in Sunday, so with Carla, escapando el finde went for a trekking in the forest that surround the campground. It was really nice but after we saw a bear print we decided to turn around and go back to the camping.

On Sunday we went to the Yoho National Park for a few trekking, one to the Hoodoo Creek and after this we went to the Emerald Lake and Yoho Pass, amaizing views.

Escapando el finde se fue de camping el fin de semana cerca de Golden en British Columbia, Canada.

El tiempo fue bueno el sábado y lindo el domingo, así que con Carla, escapando el finde, se fue de trekking por el bosque que esta alrededor del camping. Fue lindo hasta que vimos huellas de oso y decidimos pegar la vuelta y volver al camping.

El domingo nos fuimos al Parque Nacional de Yoho para hacer un par de trekkings, uno el Hoodoo Creek y luego fuimos al Lago Esmeralda y Yoho Pass, espectaculares vistas.

Trekking de triple Lago / Triple lake hike

Escapando el finde during a beautiful sunny sunday went for a hike to Lake Louise area, Banff National Park with Carla.

This is an easy hike with only 400 m and 7 km rounded trip. Because of the period of the year you would find snow all over and the three lakes frozen, Lake Louise, Lake Mirror and Lake Agnes. The views from the bottom of the Victoria Glacier and the valley from the top are spectacular. During the hike you can be able to see and hear the avalanches that happens.

At the top of the hike you find a small cabin the Lake Agnes Tea House where we made a great nap and have some snacks.

Escapando el finde durante un lindo y soleado domingo se fue de trekking por los alrededores de Lake Louise, Parque Nacional de Banff, con Carla.

Este trekking  es sencillo y consta de solo 400 m de desnivel y 7 km de recorrido completo. Por la época del año todavía se encuentra mucha nieve y los tres lagos Lake Louise, Lake Mirror y Lake Agnes están congelados. Las vistas desde la zona baja del glaciar Victoria y las del valle desde la cima son espectaculares. Durante el recorrido uno puede ver y escuchar las muchas avalanchas que se producen.

En la cima uno se topa con una cabaña Lake Agnes Tea House donde hicimos una siesta y comimos algo.
