Escapando el finde went for the first trailrunning of the season in the rockies. With Josh and Garry we went to Kananaskis Country to do a wonderful trail call Turbine Canyon.
The day was excellent with clear sky and perfect temperature: The idea was to rich the bottom of the Haig Glacier so around 16 km from the parking of the upper Kananaskis Lake. We start with a nice pace and having fun until we gain 600 mt to the top of the tree line at 2200 mt, there there still lot of snow so was impossible to run and even walk in that conditions so we decided to run back.
It is a beautiful trail with amazing views and some wild life around.
